GENERAL INFORMATION
The Printronix T600 includes 203dpi and 300dpi models.
The T600 is a "4 inch" thermal transfer printer which works with DT or TT label stationery from 20 to 114.3mm (0.7 to 4.5") wide.
The maximum printable width for 203dpi models is 108mm (4.25") and 105.6mm (4.15") for the 300dpi models.
The 203dpi models have a maximum print speed of 203.2mm (8") per second.
The 300dpi models have a maximum print speed of 152.4mm (6") per second.
The printers have the following dimensions 203mm (7.99") x 91.5mm (7.54") x 259.3mm (10.21") (W x H x D) and weigh 2.3kg (5.07lbs).
PRINTER LANGUAGES
The printer runs under TPSL-EZ which emulates Datamax DPL, Zebra ZPL and Zebra EPL.
The printer can also be programmed to create stand-alone applications.
FONTS AND BARCODES
The printers come with 8 alpha-numeric bitmap fonts and the CG Triumvirate Bold Condensed scalable font.
The printers can print most 1D barcodes and Data Matrix, QR code, PDF417, Maxicode and Aztec 2D symbols.
INTERFACE OPTIONS
The printer comes with Ethernet, USB, USB Host, RS232 Serial interfaces, a 32GB microSD card slot and a Real Time Clock (RTC).
The printer has a six button user interface and a Colour Screen.
MEDIA HANDLING
The standard printer offers tear-off where the printed stationery is removed by pulling it against a tear bar.
A Peeler or a Cutter are available as options.
The label media can be fed through a slot in the rear of the printer or internally housed as outside wound rolls up to 127mm (5") diameter on 25.4mm (1") or 38mm (1.5") cores.
An external roll mount accessory is available. This fits on the rear of the printer and can handle rolls of up to 214mm (8.4") on 76.2mm (3") cores.
LABEL SENSORS
The printers have a transmissive gap sensor which works with die-cut label stationery, and labels and tags punched with suitable holes.
The printers also have an adjustable reflective sensor for label stationery with black registration marks printed on the under surface.
MEMORY
The printers come with 64MB SDRAM memory and 128MB Flash which can be extended up to 32GB by inserting a microSD card in the slot.
LABEL MEDIA
The Printronix T600 is a thermal transfer (TT) printer model which can print on TT label media with a ribbon or on direct thermal (DT) label media without a ribbon.
The label media must be outside wound and can be continuous, die-cut, black marked, fan-fold or notched. The media width can be from 20 to 112mm (0.79 to 4.4") wide.
The minimum label length is 10mm (0.39") for normal printing and 25.4mm (1") when used in peel-off or cutter modes.
When the label media rolls are housed internally the outer diameter must not exceed 127mm (5") and the core size should be 25.4mm (1") or 38mm (1.5").
THERMAL TRANSFER RIBBONS
The ribbons are outside wound rolls up to 67mm (2.27") in diameter on 12.7mm (0.5") cores.
The ribbon length corresponds to a maximum of 110M (328').
The ribbon width is 40 to 110mm (1.6 to 4.33").

LABELS
T600 printers work with thermal transfer (TT) or direct thermal (DT) media.
TT media needs a ribbon. DT does not.

Our standard charge for 2-3 day delivery to most locations in mainland UK is £10.
This charge is subject to a weight limit of 20Kg.
For consignments which are heavier than 20Kg we reserve the right to add a surcharge.
