WHAT IS SPECIAL ABOUT THE XENON ULTRA 1960H?
HEALTHCARE READY
One corded Xenon Ultra 1960h scanner kit is available. It has HD focus and reads most standard 1D, 2D and PDF417 barcodes.
The scanner has a white anti-microbial casing with silver-ion additives which improves resistance to multiple cleanings and discourages germs and bacteria. The casing has been redesigned to reduce "nooks and crannies" which can hide infection agents.
The scanner has a vibrator and various trigger options to avoid patient disturbance, and it can also be used as a scan lamp.
TOUGHNESS
The Xenon Ultra 1960h is pretty tough.
It can be dropped from a height of 1.8m (6') to concrete.
It operates at 0 to 50ºC.
It is sealed to IP52 which means it has some protection from dust and can withstand sprays of water at 15º from the vertical.
XENON ULTRA 1960H OPTICS
The scanner has white 2700K illumination. The aiming system is a green 525nm dot.
There is an object detection system which can be used to read barcodes presented to the scanner.
