The P+F MAH120 camera based barcode reader is truly remarkable. It reads more than thirty different types of barcode symbology in any orientation. These include most 1D barcodes together with a wide range of well formed 2D barcodes and some rarely found specialty symbols.

The P+F MAH120 camera barcode scanner can handle narrow to wide 1D barcodes. These include the standard EAN, ITF and RSS retail barcodes, Code39, Code128, and others such as Codabar, Code11, Code93, Matrix2of5, MSI Plessey, NEC2of5 and Telepen.

The P+F MAH120 camera barcode scanner can read a wide range of 2D stacked barcodes and 2D matrix codes.

Stacked barcodes include Codablock F, micro and standard PDF417, and RSS.

Matrix codes include Aztec, Data Matrix, Maxicode and QR Code.

Specialty codes include six different Postal symbologies, and Pharmacode which is widely used to control pharmaceutical packaging.

Finally, the private GoCode symbology and OCR reading are available with additional licensing, and a Javascript Application Development Suite is available for further future proofing.

With all of this capability you would expect the P+F MAH120 to be a large and heavy scanner. In fact the P+F MAH120 is light, comfortable to hold, elegant in appearance and easy to use.

The P+F MAH120 barcode scanner is durable and is well suited to noisy industrial environments. It has three forms of "good read" feedback which include a large multi-colour LED, audible tones and a vibrating handle.

The P+F MAH120 also comes a lanyard hook for dangle mount suspension.

The P+F MAH120 barcode scanner comes cabled for USB or RS232 connectivity, and PS2 wedge connection will be available shortly.
