The Opticon OPL 7734 laser barcode scanner is comfortable to use. The scanner is small in size, light in weight and well balanced. The barcode is read by applying light pressure to the trigger.

The Opticon OPL 7734 was designed for retail and light industrial applications and the casing is a stylish cream and grey, which should be compatible with any colour scheme.

The performance of the Opticon OPL 7734 is excellent. Barcodes can be read at a distance of up to 360mm (about 14 inches), and the barcode can be up to 305mm (about 12 inches) in width, depending on the reading distance and the width of narrowest barcode bars.

The OPL 7734 laser barcode scanner is available as a complete kit.

Opticon OPL7734 with Cradle

The ZL-1 kit comprises the OPL 7734 Zigbee laser barcode scanner and a CRD 7734 Zigbee communications and power cradle in which the handset will normally sit and charge when not in use.

With this kit you can work up to 30m (about 100 feet)from the communications cradle. The exact range will depend on your working environment.

Up to 10 Opticon OPL 7734 Zigbee laser barcode scanners can be used per Zigbee communications cradle. For multiple barcode reader applications the CRD 7724 power cradle is available for charging the OPL 7734 barcode scanners.

All of the above parts are available separately.

Other versions of the OPL 7734 laser barcode scanner are also available.

The Opticon OPL 7836 laser barcode scanner is a corded barcode reader which is available with USB, PC Wedge or RS232 connection.

The Opticon OPL 7734 can be used as areplacement for the Opticon OPL 7724 Bluetooth wireless laser barcode scanner which is no longer available.
