The Intermec SR30 2D is a light industrial hand-held 1D, PDF and 2D barcode scanner which uses the EA15 area imager engine.
The SR30 2D can read all standard 1D barcodes, PDF and 2D codes.
The maximum reading distances for 13 mil (100%) EAN13 barcodes and 10 mil Data Matrix are 32cm and 17cm.
The maximum cited resolution is 5 mil for linear codes, 6.6 mil for PDF and 7.5 mil for Data Matrix.
The SR30 2D 5V cable interface works with Keyboard Wedge, RS232 and USB cables.
The scanner is rated at IP30, operates at 0° to 50°C, can withstand 1.5m drops, and has a warranty of 5 years.
Some SR30 2D configurations as available as Scanner Kits.

CABLES
A cable is required to provide communication and to carry power.
Most USB, Keyboard Wedge, and Wand Emulation connections are able to supply power directly to the scanner from the connected equipment. In some rare cases external power may be required.
Standard RS232 ports generally cannot provide power and RS232 connections will usually need the assistance of an external power supply and a cable with an external power socket.
