ENTRY LEVEL HAND-HELD BARCODE SCANNER

The Honeywell 3200 is a corded hand-held linear imager barcode scanner which which will read most types and sizes of linear barcode.

It offers remarkably good performance at a very modest cost.

Honeywell believe that this scanner is currently the best in its class.

EASY TO INSTALL

The Honeywell 3200 is very easy to install. It comes as a choice of two complete kits with USB or Keyboard Wedge cables.

To get the barcode scanner ready for installation you simply need to open the box, take out the supplied cable and plug it into the base of the scanner.

The USB Kit

Using the USB kit you plug the end of the cable into your PC and you are ready to read barcodes.

The Keyboard Wedge Kit

For the Keyboard Wedge kit you power down your PC, unplug the keyboard cable, and insert the Y shaped cable between the keyboard and the PC.

You then power up the PC read a barcode to match the scanner to your keyboard layout and you are ready to read barcodes.

EASY TO USE

The Honeywell 3200 barcode scanner is exceptionally easy to use.

It has a Blue ready light, a crisp illuminated barcode finder line and a Green good read light.

Squeeze the trigger and read the barcode.

SAFE AND FRIENDLY

The Honeywell 3200 is a linear imager and does not use focussed laser beams.

It is light and comfortable to hold.

It has no moving parts in the optics and can withstand the inevitable drop from desk height to the floor.

CHOICE OF TWO COLOUR SCHEMES

Probably the biggest decision is the choice between the sleek black and the stylish grey and white colour schemes.

ACCESSORIES

There is currently only one accessory for the Honeywell 3200. This is a small low cost stand.

The stand acts as a drop in cradle and offers two positions.

The Honeywell 3200 can be set into triggerless presentation mode and used as a simple Point of Sale (POS) device for hands free operation on the desk, the sales counter and the work bench.
