The Honeywell 1300g is a low cost high performance hand-held linear imager 1D barcode scanner aimed at office and retail applications.
The scanner is available in two colour schemes, Black and Ivory.
The 1300g can read all standard 1D barcodes including the GS1 DataBar. The scanner has a maximum resolution of 3 mil and has a typical read distance of up to 46cm for 13 mil 100% EAN barcodes.
Cables are available for USB, Keyboard Wedge, RS232, IBM 46xx and other special purposes.
Cable installation is 'plug and play'. The scanner examines the cable and selects the correct interface.
The scanner is rated at IP41, operates at 0° to 50°C, is designed to withstand up to fifty 1.5m drops to concrete, and has a 5 year factory warranty.
Some 1300g models are available as Scanner Kits which include cables.
Other configurations can be built from the Scanners, Cables, Power Supplies, and Accessories shown below.

CABLES
Cables are included in the scanner kits.
For other scanner configurations a cable is required to provide communication and to carry power.
Most USB, Keyboard Wedge, and IBM 46xx connections are able to supply power directly to the scanner from the connected equipment. In some rare cases external power may be required.
Standard RS232 ports generally cannot provide power and RS232 connections will usually need the assistance of an external power supply and a cable with an external power socket.
