DATALOGIC POWERSCAN D7100

The PD7100 is an affordable industrial corded hand-held linear imager barcode scanner.

The scanner comes with a 3 year factory warranty.

The scanner comes in two colour schemes, yellow and black, and all black.

It is sealed to IP65 and can withstand 50 drops of 2m to concrete. The PD7100 has an ESD protection of 25kV and operates at temperatures from - 30 to 50° C.

The reading speed is 390 scans per second.

The scanner has a maximum resolution of 3 mil and can read the following linear barcodes:

Code 128, Code 32, Code 39, Code 93, CODABAR, EAN/UPC/JAN, EAN128, GS1 Databar and ITF 2/5.

The PD7100 scanner offers exceptional performance and can read from contact to about 3m depending on barcode resolution.

The 60 degree reading angle allows wide barcodes to be read at close range.

The scanner projects a bright scan aiming line. For long range working an optional red dot pointer system is available to assist aiming.

Good reads are signalled by a loud beep and a green dot projected on to the barcode.

Damaged barcodes can be reconstructed from multiple reads using the Datalogic PuzzleSolver option.

The PD7100 can be configured with the Aladdin software which is available free of charge.

The scanner comes in two models with a choice of two multi-interfaces.

The PD7130 is a 5 VDC device with the Standard interface which offers RS232, Wedge, Wand and USB.

The PD7110 requires 4 to 14 VDC and has the IBM POS interface which offers RS232 and IBM 46xx and USB.

Available accessories include a stand, a mounting kit and an industrial take up reel.

Many requirements can be met by choosing from the COMPLETE KITS shown in the next section.

Other configurations can be constructed from the individual parts.
